长沙广义变流技术有限公司（中文简称“广义变流”，英文简称“OCET”），成立于2005年10月，位于国家级长沙经济技术开发区中部智谷产业园，注册资金5000万元，经营场地12500㎡，是集产品研发、生产、销售、服务于一体的高新技术企业，主要产品是轨道交通车载辅助变流器，包括逆变电源、充电机、DC/DC变流器等。
公司与国内、国际轨道交通领域的各大机车车辆产品制造企业均建立了长期业务关系，产品已配套各型机车、高铁车辆及城轨车辆等。公司通过了ISO9001质量体系认证、高新企业认证、双软企业认证、国际铁路行业标准IRIS质量体系认证。
公司完全掌握轨道交通车载变流系统的核心技术，产品均具有自主知识产权，技术先进性、自主创新能力和产品质量均居国内同行业领先地位。得益于中国轨道交通车辆技术的不断创新实践，公司在中频中压中功率产品领域更是处于国际领先地位。
公司搭建了完善的产品开发平台，建立了专业的车载变流系统研发、生产、销售和服务体系，拥有一支60余人的专业研发团队，其中具有15年以上行业从业经验的技术专家5名，10年以上行业从业经验的技术专家10余名。公司累计研发投入占销售收入的比例已超过15%。目前公司已获得软件著作权共12个，获得国家专利共87个，其中发明专利24个。

O&C Electric Technique Co.,Ltd (Hereafter refer as OCET), founded in Oct 2005, locates in the Core Power Industry park of Changsha National Economic and Technical Development Zone, P.R China. OCET is a High-Tech enterprise occupies 12500 square meters of business operation space and integrated with R&D, manufacture, sales and service functions. OCET is edicated on providing converter solutions for the Railway Industry, product covers Auxiliary converter, power supply inverter, battery charger, DC/DC converter etc.
OCET has developed long-term strategy partnership with locomotive and rolling stock manufacturers from dommestic and overseas. Products have been supporting various types of locomotives, high-speed rail vehicles and urban rail vehicles. The ISO9001 Quality system certification, High-tech enterprise certification, Double software enterprise certification and International Railway Industry Standard IRIS quality system certification have been awarded to OCET.
OCET fully owns the core technology of the converter system for Rolling Stock. The intellectual property rights, independent innovation capacity and high quality product made OCET the pioneer in the rail industry. Benefit from the remarkable advances that Chinese rail transportation vehicle technology has made, OCET developed its leading strength in medium frequency, medium voltage and medium power converter filed.
OCET has established R&D platforms and professional R&D, manufacture, sales, and service systems for our converter solutions. OCET’s R&D team consist more than 60 talents, among of which 5 experts have more than 15 years' industry experience and 10 engineer have over 10 years' industry experience. OCET 's R&D investments exceeded 15% sales revenue. OCET has already obtained 12 software copyrights and 87 national patents, among of which 24 patents are invention patent.
